Dr. Scott Fleming

Dr. J. Scott Fleming was awarded “Most Outstanding Graduate” of his class at Pacific University College of Optometry in 1992. He was given the prestigious “Young Optometrist of the Year” by the California Optometric Association in 2000.

Dr. Fleming graduated from Torrance High School, received his Bachelor’s degree from CSU Long Beach. He earned his Doctorate in Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry (Oregon). He is currently serving as a board member of the South Bay Optometric Society for his 20th year.

Dr. Fleming, a clinical professional, is licensed and qualified to examine eyes, identify defects of vision and symptoms of eye diseases, injury, or abnormality in a patient’s eye, then prescribe the necessary means for correction. Our Philosophy and Mission is to handle each patient with the utmost care and provide our patients with a personalized service.
